PRINTS.I take a minimum of 30 colour photographs. But you only pay for the prints that you want. There is no minimum order or package that you have to have. 5x7" prints are £4.50 each & a set of 30 prints at this size would cost a total of £135. (Album not included). 8x6" prints are £5.00 each & a set of 30 prints at this size would cost a total of £150. (Album not included). 8x6" is the standard size for weddings. All colour prints are shot on top quality medium format. Reprints are the same cost as the prices quoted above.

ATTENDANCE CHARGE. There is an attendance charge of £300. This includes any location within a 20 mile radius of Oxford. The attendance charge increases according to the extra mileage required. The basic attendance charge covers up to a maximum of four hours from pre-ceremony to the reception. If further time is required after this then it is charged at £30 per hour. The attendance fee does not include any prints.

WEDDING ALBUMS. The above prices do not include albums. A wide range are available. Prices start from £30 with individual leaves at £1.50 each - one print per leaf or double sided at £2 per page. Also you are completely free to buy your own album & simply purchase prints.

BLACK & WHITE. I also take at least one 36 frame (35mm) roll of black & white. A 10x8" contact sheet (this shows every frame at negative size) is supplied at a cost of £8. Black & white prints are the same cost as the colour prints - 5x7" £4.50 each; 8x6" £5.00 each; 10x8" £10 each.

WEDDING PORTFOLIO. I recommend that you view my wedding portfolio. This shows the style of photographs that I take. You can arrange a visit to my studio at the address above. Any arrangement to view the portfolio is completely without obligation. Samples can be posted if a visit is impractical.

SEQUENCE OF PHOTOGRAPHS. I only photograph one wedding per Saturday & the following will always be taken. Arrival at the church; Bride with her Father; Bride with bridesmaids & individual portraits of the bride & all her attendants; Groom & the best man & all the ushers; The ceremony from the back of the church - with available light only; Signing of the register; Bride & groom framed in the doorway of the church porch; Family groups - these include all immediate family on both sides plus further shots of all brides relatives & all the grooms relatives; Bride & groom with the best man, ushers & bridesmaids; Group shot of all friends & non-relatives. Cutting of the cake at the reception. On average you will have 60 plus colour prints to chose from. Any specific shots that you require can easily be accommodated.

Formal Photos

Prior to the service -1. Groom & Best man;2. Groom, Best man & the ushers;3. Individual portraits of the bridesmaids & pageboys;4. Shot of all the bridesmaids & pages together.

Arrival of the Bride - 1. Bride sitting in the car - full length & tighter portrait. 2. Bride with her Father - full length & waist up shot. 3. Bride & Father with the car (optional). 4. Bride / Father & all attendants. 5. Bride plus all attendants. 6. Bride with bridesmaids. 7. Bride with Father waiting to enter the church - framed in the doorway.

During the ceremony - 1. A couple of shots from the back using only the available light (no flash). One of these is a wide angle. The other is a tighter composition of Bride / Groom & the vicar or priest. 2. During the exchange of vows with Bride & Groom turned towards each other.

Signing the register - 1. Bride & Groom with the register & facing the camera. This is after all the signings have been completed. 2. Bride & Groom & the witnesses.

When the ceremony is over - 1. Bride & Groom waiting to walk down the aisle. This is a full length shot. 2. Bride & Groom walking down the aisle. 3. Bride & Groom framed in the church door - this is taken from inside with Bride & Groom facing the camera. These shots will include full length & tighter waist-up shots.

Outside the Church - This is when the main formal pictures will be taken & the Bride & Groom will be in all the shots. 1. B & G plus Best Man & all the attendants. 2. B & G plus all bridesmaids & pages. 3. B & G with the Bridesmaids. 4. B & G with the Best Man. 5. B & G with the the Best Man & the ushers. 6. B & G with all parents. 7. B & G with Bride's parents. 8. B & G with Groom's parents. 9. B & G with immediate family - parents plus brothers & sisters. (This is done with both sets of families.) 10. B & G with all immmediate family - parents plus brothers / sisters & all their spouses / partners & all children. (With both families). 11. B & G with all relatives - all immediate family plus any aunts / uncles / cousins. (With both families). 12. All friends - non relatives. The friends photo can be divided up to include different groups; eg college or work friends.

Leaving the Church - 1. B & G with the car (optional). 2. B & G inside the car. Prior to getting into the car there is usually the opportunity to get some confetti shots.

At the reception - 1. B & G with the cake. This is a pretend cutting shot.
2. The cake. 3. Top table. 4. B & G sitting together at the top table.

Any other photographs that you specifically require can easily be accommodated.
